Privacy Policy

This site is a set of static HTML pages. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and has no account, no login and no form that sends data anywhere. What follows is the short list of third parties that can be involved, and when.

What we collect

Nothing. There is no first-party cookie, no local storage, no tracking pixel and no analytics script on any page of this site. We do not know who you are and we have no way of finding out.

Our hosting provider

Like every web server, ours writes an access log: the requested URL, the time, the browser's user-agent string and the IP address the request came from. That is a technical necessity for serving pages and for security, it is not linked to anything else, and we do not read it for marketing.

When you click a booking link

Booking links go to Viator, which sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy and can see that you arrived from this site through a tracking parameter in the link. That parameter identifies this site, not you. Everything that happens after you land on Viator — the search, the booking, the payment — is between you and them, and their privacy policy governs it.

When you load the map

The map on this site does not load until you press the button. Until then no request goes to Google and no cookie is set. Press it and a Google Maps frame loads, at which point Google's own privacy policy applies. If you would rather not, do not press it; the address is written out beside it.

Links to official sites

Pages that state an opening time or a fare link to the body that publishes it. Those links carry no tracking parameters and earn us nothing.

Search Console

This domain is verified in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools, which report aggregate search statistics for the site — which queries showed a page and how often it was clicked. Those reports contain no individual data and we cannot identify a visitor from them.

Your rights, and how to use them

Because we hold no personal data, there is nothing for us to show you, correct or delete. If you want to know what Viator or Google hold, their own privacy policies carry that process. Anything else, write to hello@capriitalytours.com.

Changes

If this site ever adds analytics, a form or an embed that loads without asking, this page will say so before it happens.
